1. Call prospective customers and should be able to generate leads

2. Evaluate customer’s interests and schedule product demo forthem. (Online / offline)

3. Maintain records of every call made with customer details, interest level, tentative dates for the demo, etc.

4. Remind the customers before the demo day and ensure their availability.

5.Assign meetings to sales guys based on the customer’s confirmation.

6. Assign meetings based on the location of the field sales executives.

7. Resolve customer issues if required

Essential Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Good command on Hindi, English and Regional Languages
  • Convert cold calls successfully into meetings
  • Should be empathic , confident and self-motivated
  • Should have great questioning skills, listening skills and positive attitude
  • Good convincing capabilities
